A&A Manufacturing is now Pentair In-Floor Cleaning & Circulation!
This unit is meant for new construction and remodel purposes. The complete cleaning head includes:
- Gamma 4 Adjustable Flow Pop-Up Head in Light Gray
- Gamma 4 Collar
- Matching Color Ring
- 2" Pre-Reamed Riser Pipe
The Gamma Series 4 is an upgraded version of the Gamma Series 3. Introduced mid-2012, the Gamma 4 utilizes a bigger locking tab to help increase locking strength. Easily diagnose or install these cleaning heads with one of the Gamma 4 Installation tools. We offer the tools in a Plastic and also a Metal version. When dealing with older heads that may be stuck in their fittings, we always recommend the Metal Tool. Pentair In-Floor(A&A) has also made some improvements to the spring which allows the head to pop up fully when the pump is running at lower RPM's; a big plus for anyone who has recently switched over to a Variable Speed pump!
Another new feature on the Gamma Series 4 is the four-in-one Adjustable Nozzle which eliminates the need to choose between High Flow and Low Flow. Be sure to check out our instructional video above!
The flow rates are as follows:
- 1/4" Orifice rated at 6 GPM
- 3/8" Orifice rated at 12 GPM (This is the same size as the original "Low Flow")
- 7/16" Orifice rated at 18 GPM (This is the same size as the original "High Flow")
- 9/16" Orifice rated at 30 GPM
Pentair In-Floor(A&A) has also released a Venturi version of the Gamma Series 4 which uses pinholes on the top of the head to draw in extra water and add a cleaning boost for those hard-to-reach areas. ePoolSupply Troubleshooting Tip:
If the cleaning head keeps dislodging itself from the floor fitting, try 1 wrap of electrical tape around the locking tabs on the pop up to help it grip the collar better.

While many Pentair products are covered by a sixty- (60) day warranty, a select number of products qualify for extended warranty coverage. You can view the whole policy here.
Select Bundled Products: applies to purchases and qualified installation of a minimum of a pump and filter, and one or more of the following: heaters, heat pumps, control systems, automatic cleaners, lighting, salt chlorine generators, or UV sterilizer**
*Note: Qualified Installer - Defined as a licensed professional who charges a fee for his services, and possesses a business license, contractor's license, and/or resale permit. Common examples of a "qualified installer" include Swimming Pool, Home Repair or Landscape Professional; Plumber or Electrician; General Contractor; Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist.
**Note: Bundled products - must be purchased on the same invoice and installed at the same time. If any product within a bundle is ineligible for the bundled warranty coverage, then all products within the same bundle will be disqualified from receiving the three (3) year extended warranty coverage for bundled products.
Trade Grade products must be purchased from a retail store (brick & mortar), pool builder, or pool service company to receive a one-year, two-year, or three-year warranty. If purchased online will only receive a sixty-day limited warranty. View the list of Trade Grade Products.

Exceptions that may result in denial of a warranty claim:
- Damage caused by careless handling, improper repackaging, or shipping.
- Damage due to misapplication, misuse, abuse, or failure to operate equipment as specified in the owner's manual.
- Damage caused by failure to install products as specified in the owner's manual.
- Damage due to unauthorized product modifications or failure to use Pentair's original replacement parts.
- Damage caused by negligence, or failure to maintain products as specified in the owner's manual properly.
- Damage caused by failure to maintain water chemistry in conformity with the standards of the swimming pool industry for any length of time.
- Damage caused by water freezing inside the product.
- Accidental damage, fire, acts of God, or other circumstances outside the control of Pentair.
